OWAP congratulates the President of the Tripoli Bar Association

On 19 November 2025, the Orthodox Welfare Association for Prisoners visited the President of the Tripoli Bar Association at the Palace of Justice in Tripoli. The delegation included the association's president, Father Basilios Debs, its secretary, lawyer Elie El Bitar, its head of public relations, lawyer George Rizk, and lawyer Jihane Tannous.
